www.retok.org is committed to being a responsible steward of information. The RETOK Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the User Agreement or Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you and other users (“user” or “users”), particularly in connection with the operation of our portal, which we refer to as the “Portal Service”.

If you choose to connect the Portal Services to a third-party account, we will receive information about that account, such as a user authentication token, to authorize the connection. We may also collect information from social media platforms that share information about how you interact with their social media content. We may also receive publicly available information from our third-party partners and combine this information with data about you.

Other Users. We may share your information with Authenticators, Relying Parties, and other users elsewhere on the Marketplace Platform and Portal;

RETOK's employees and contractors. Employees and contractors have access to all information collected through the Portal Services. Our employees and contractors are required to keep this information confidential and may not use it for any purpose other than to enable you to use the Portal Services or to process requests you submit to us.

Vendors and Service Providers. We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers who provide services to help us (a) provide our Portal Services, (b) promote and/or market our Portal Services or other services or products, and (c) provide you with information such as product announcements, software updatese, and special offers.

Advertising. We work with third-party advertising partners to show you ads that may be of interest to you. These advertising partners may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies on the Portal Services, and otherwise collect or access information about you that we may collect over time and across various online services.
